Coronavirus Update
We pray that you are safe and in good health. The safety of our Team members, customers and suppliers is always our top priority. Due to the unusual, fast-changing and concerning situation arising from the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have tentatively decided to close our facilities from March 19th until further notice. If the situation changes, we may get back to work quickly but we have to know it is safe to do so. During this time period, we will be accessible via email and look forward to supporting you.
We want to assure you that we are planning carefully so that we can support you as soon as the situation allows us to function. Until the virus situation is under control, we have decided to take a proactive approach in reducing the amount of public traffic into our building. We apologize for any difficulties and inconveniences this closure will result in. Thank you for your understanding.
We understand that a lot of you are not returning back to school at all this semester, so we wanted to be proactive in handling your account. All VIP Members have the option to
- Cancel their membership
- Freeze their membership
Those who are graduating school and will not be back at all will need to elect option 1 (Cancel). Those who plan to return back should elect option 2 (Freeze their membership). Freezing the membership will lock in your low rate in the event prices increase for any reason. It costs $5/mo to freeze your account but you will be credited that money back upon reactivation, so you aren’t just “throwing away your money”. Please email us directly at [email protected] or [email protected] with your election to 1. Cancel or 2. Freeze your membership. We need to have this information no later than March 25th, 2020 in order to prevent full payment deducted from your account on the first of April.
All “non-members” (30 day package holders) will receive an extension to their package upon reopening since we were unable to service the accounts.
